Entire Agreement of the Parties. This Agreement supersedes any and all agreements, either written or oral, between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter contained herein as of the effective date of this Agreement. This Agreement contains all of the covenants and agreements between the parties with respect to the performance of the Ancillary Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties specifically acknowledge that the Confidentiality Agreement dated August 22, 1997 between the parties shall remain in full force and effect.
