Entire Agreement; Order of Precedence This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement of the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior proposals, understandings, and agreements, whether oral or written, between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. In case of conflict the order of precedence of the documents constituting this Agreement is as follows, each listed document superseding in the event of any conflicting provision in a later listed document:
Entire Agreement and Order of Precedence This Agreement is the entire agreement between You and Us regarding Your use of Services and Content and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals or representations, written or oral, concerning its subject matter. No modification, amendment, or waiver of any provision of this Agreement will be effective unless in writing and signed by the party against whom the modification, amendment or waiver is to be asserted. The parties agree that any term or condition stated in Your purchase order or in any other of Your order documentation (excluding Order Forms) is void. Entire Agreement; Changes This Agreement (including Exhibit 1 (if any) and the Policy and Process Document) is the parties’ entire agreement on this subject and merges and supersedes all related prior and contemporaneous communications and agreements. 10Entire Agreement This Agreement (including those specifications and documents incorporated by reference to URL locations which form a part of it) constitutes the entire agreement of the parties hereto pertaining to the operation of the TLD and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written, between the parties on that subject.

Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter contained in this Agreement and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings and negotiations between the parties.
Entire Agreement of the Parties This Agreement constitutes and contains the entire understanding and agreement of the Parties and cancels and supersedes any and all prior negotiations, correspondence, understandings and agreements, whether oral or written, between the Parties respecting the subject matter hereof.
Entire Agreement; Amendments This Agreement and the instruments referenced herein contain the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the matters covered herein and therein and, except as specifically set forth herein or therein, neither the Company nor the Buyer makes any representation, warranty, covenant or undertaking with respect to such matters. No provision of this Agreement may be waived or amended other than by an instrument in writing signed by the majority in interest of the Buyer.
Master Agreement Order of Precedence a. Any Order placed under this Master Agreement shall consist of the following documents:
Entire Agreement; Severability This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all oral statements and prior writings with respect thereto. If any term, provision, covenant or restriction contained in this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void or unenforceable or against public policy, the remainder of the terms, provisions, covenants and restrictions contained herein shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired or invalidated. The Company, the Guarantors and the Initial Purchasers shall endeavor in good faith negotiations to replace the invalid, void or unenforceable provisions with valid provisions the economic effect of which comes as close as possible to that of the invalid, void or unenforceable provisions.
