Entire Agreement; Parties Bound. The Trust Agreement and the Plan contain the entire agreement and understanding of the Company and the Trustee with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements and understandings related to such subject matter. This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto and their successors and assigns.
