Common use of Entire Agreement; Prior Agreements Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Prior Agreements. This Agreement including its Schedules sets forth the entire agreement between the Parties as it relates to the subject matter of this Agreement; this Agreement supersedes and replaces prior agreements between Employee and AxoGen with respect to the subject matter addressed in the Agreement. The provisions of this Agreement shall not be amended, supplemented, waived or changed orally; any such alteration shall only be valid through a written amendment to this Agreement signed by both Parties.
