Common use of Entire Agreement: Prior Tax Agreements Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement: Prior Tax Agreements. This Tax Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes and terminates all prior tax agreements among RHI, FII and VSI effective on the day immediately preceding the merger of FII into Shared Technologies.
