Entire Agreement; Relation to Other Agreements. (a) This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties, and supersedes all previous and contemporaneous negotiations, understandings and agreements, with respect to its subject matter, all of which have become merged and finally integrated into this Agreement.
