ENTIRE AGREEMENT; SEVERABILITY; WAIVERS. This Agreement and all Leases contain the entire agreement and understanding. No agreements or understandings are binding on the parties unless set forth in writing and signed by the parties. Any provision of this Agreement or any Lease which for any reason may be held unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective without invalidating the remaining provisions of this Agreement and the Leases.
