Common use of Entire Agreement; Successors and Assigns Clause in Contracts

This Agreement and the other Credit Documents constitute the entire agreement among Borrower, Agent, and the Lenders, supersede any prior agreements among them, and shall bind and benefit Borrower, Agent and the Lenders and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
