Common use of Entire Agreement; Successors Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Successors. This Sublease contains the entire agreement between the parties concerning the sublet of the Premises and sets forth all of the covenants, promises, conditions, and understandings between Sublandlord and Subtenant concerning the Premises. There are no oral agreements or understandings between parties hereto affecting this Sublease and this Sublease supersedes and cancels any and all previous negotiations, arrangements, agreements and understandings, if any, between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and none shall be used to interpret or construe this Sublease. Any agreement hereafter made shall be ineffective to change, modify or discharge this Sublease in whole or in part unless such agreement is in writing and signed by the parties hereto. No provision of this Sublease shall be deemed to have been waived by Sublandlord or Subtenant unless such waiver be in writing and signed by Sublandlord or Subtenant, as the case may be. The covenants, agreements and rights contained in this Sublease shall bind and inure to the benefit of Sublandlord and Subtenant and their respective permitted successors and assigns.
