Common use of Entire Agreement; Supercession Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Supercession. This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and it supercedes, from and after the Effective Date, all other prior agreements and understandings relating to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement shall not be amended except by a written instrument hereafter signed by each of the parties hereto, and no waiver or release of a party’s rights hereunder shall be effective unless made in writing by the party whose rights are thereby waived or released. This Agreement may not be amended by e-mail.
