Common use of Entire Agreement; Supersede Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Supersede. This Agreement, together with the Exhibits attached hereto and the Termination Agreement of even date herewith by and between the Employee and VeriTeQ, contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and expressly terminates, rescinds, replaces, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, oral or written, between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
