Entire Agreement-Supplemental Policies and Procedures. This Agreement, together with the other agreements referred to herein, set forth the entire agreement among the parties hereto, and there are no other agreements, express or implied, written or oral, except as set forth herein. This Agreement may not be amended, altered or changed except in writing by all parties hereto. It is contemplated that from time to time Borrower and Lenders will enter into supplemental agreements establishing policies and procedures to carry out the terms of this agreement. Such agreements shall constitute amendments hereto provided they are signed by all parties.
