Common use of Entire Agreement; Termination Clause in Contracts

The parties hereto intend that this Agreement will be considered for all purposes as the final expression, and a complete and exclusive statement, of their mutual agreement and understanding in respect of the subject matter contained herein. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements and understandings between the parties to this Agreement with respect to that subject matter.
