Entire Agreement; Waiver of Breach. 1. This Agreement, which shall include any reinsurance trust agreement established pursuant to Article XV, shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the business being reinsured hereunder. There are no understandings between the parties other than as expressed in this Agreement. Any change or modification to this Agreement shall be null and void unless made by amendment to this Agreement and signed by both parties.
