Common use of Entire Agreement, Waivers and Amendments Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement, Waivers and Amendments. This Agreement and the Alliance Agreement to the extent such agreement concerns the matters covered in this Agreement constitute the entire understanding of the Carriers with respect to the subject matter hereof superseding all prior discussions and agreements, written or oral. This Agreement may not be amended, nor may any of its provisions be waived, except by writing signed by both carriers. No delay on the part of either carrier in exercising any right power or privilege hereunder shall operate as a waiver hereof, nor shall any waiver operate as a continuing waiver of any right, power or privilege.
