Common use of Entire Agreement, Waivers and Amendments Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement, Waivers and Amendments. This Agreement (including the exhibits and schedules hereto and the documents and instruments referred to herein) contains the entire agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior written or oral agreements and understandings with respect thereto.
