ENTIRE AGREEMENT/WARRANTY. 8.1 This Franchise Agreement contains all the terms which the parties have agreed in relation to the subject matter of this Franchise Agreement and supersedes all prior written or oral agreements, representations or understanding between the parties in relation to such subject matter.
