Common use of Entire Agreement Clause in Contracts

This Agreement resulted from TIPS posting a “TIPS Solicitation” (RFP, RCSP, RFQ, or other) and Vendor submitting a proposal in response to that posted TIPS Solicitation for evaluation and award. The Parties agree that this Agreement consists of the provisions set forth herein and: (1) The TIPS solicitation document resulting in this Agreement; (2) Any addenda or clarifications issued in relation to the TIPS solicitation; (3) All solicitation information provided to Vendor by TIPS through the TIPS eBid System; (3) Vendor’s entire proposal response to the TIPS solicitation including all accepted required attachments, acknowledged notices and certifications, accepted negotiated terms, pricing, accepted responses to questions, and accepted written clarifications of Vendor’s proposal, and; any properly included attachments to this Agreement.
