Entire Agreements; Amendments. 10.01 This Agreement expresses the entire Agreement of the parties hereto with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby, and may not be amended nor may any term or covenant hereof be waived, discharged, or terminated except in writing by instrument executed by the party affected.
