Common use of Entire Amendment Clause in Contracts

Entire Amendment. This Amendment constitutes the entire agreement and understanding among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings written and oral, among the parties with respect to such subject matter; provided, however, that nothing herein shall be construed to alter the obligations of Seller or Buyer under the Purchase Agreement.

Entire Amendment. This Amendment constitutes the entire agreement and understanding among of the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all other understandings, oral or written, with respect to the subject matter hereof. Except as specifically waived and amended hereby, all of the terms and supersedes all prior agreements conditions set forth in the Financing Agreement and understandings written the Loan Documents shall stand and oral, among the parties with respect to such subject matter; provided, however, that nothing herein shall be construed to alter the obligations of Seller or Buyer under the Purchase Agreementremain unchanged and in full force and effect.
