Common use of Entire Award Clause in Contracts

Entire Award. Amendment This Award Agreement and the Plan constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the terms and supersede all prior written or oral negotiations, commitments, representations and agreements with respect thereto. The terms and conditions set forth in this Award Agreement may only be modified or amended in writing, signed by both parties.
