Entire Contract and Amendments. This Agreement (together with the exhibits attached hereto) is the entire contract between the Village and the Developer relating to the subject matter hereof, supersedes all prior and contemporaneous negotiations, understandings and agreements, written or oral, between the Village and the Developer, and may not be modified or amended except by a written instrument executed by the Parties hereto.
