Common use of ENTIRE CONTRACT AND VARIATION Clause in Contracts

ENTIRE CONTRACT AND VARIATION. 21.1 This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior communications, negotiations, arrangements and agreements, whether oral or written, between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Contract. 21.2 Save where expressly superseded, if any part of this Contract conflicts with any other part, that part higher in the following list shall take precedence: (a) the Terms and Conditions of the AI Singapore Research Programme; (b) Guidelines; (c) the Letter of Award; (d) Approved R&D Proposal; and (e) Policies.
