Common use of Entire Contract; Waiver; Amendment Clause in Contracts

Entire Contract; Waiver; Amendment. These General Conditions and the attached Exhibits constitute the full and complete contract between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof. There are no statements, agreements, understandings, representations or trade customs of any kind, express or implied, concerning the subject matter which are not merged herein or superseded hereby. A waiver of any of the terms of this Contract shall not bind either party unless signed by one of its duly authorized representatives. Waiver by either Party of any default by the other party hereunder shall not be deemed a waiver by such Party of any default by the other which may occur thereafter. This Contract may only be modified or amended by an agreement in writing executed by both Parties hereto.
