Entire Drug Discovery Services Agreement: Amendment. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties relating to the Services and all prior understandings and agreements relating to the Services are superseded hereby from the Effective Date. The Parties acknowledge that they are not relying on any agreement, understanding, arrangement, warranty, representation or term which is not set out in this Agreement. This Drug Discovery Services Agreement (including this Section 14) and the attached Appendices may not be amended except by mutual agreement by the Parties herein as expressed in writing signed by authorized representatives of the Parties. No general terms of sale or of services of any kind or other statement, representation, promises, or inducement not included in this Agreement shall apply to the Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, no Project Description, invoice or any other document shall be deemed to vary the terms of this Agreement or any Appendix, unless explicitly stated otherwise and confirmed by authorized representatives of the Parties.
