ENTIRE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT. This Employment Agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof.
ENTIRE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT. This Employment Agreement together with the Schedules and Exhibits hereto sets forth the entire understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings or representations, written or oral, between them as to such subject matter. This Employment Agreement may not be amended, nor may any provision hereof be modified or waived, except by an instrument in writing duly signed by the party to be charged.
ENTIRE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT. This Employment Agreement constitutes and embodies the full and complete understanding and Employment Agreement of the parties with respect to the Executive’s employment by the Company superseding all prior understanding and Employment Agreements, whether oral or written, between the Executive and the Company.

This document contains the entire agreement of the parties as to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior oral or written agreements between the parties. This Agreement may not be changed orally, but only by an Employment Agreement Amendment in writing signed by the party against whom enforcement of any waiver, change, modification, extension or discharge is sought.
ENTIRE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT. This Employment Agreement (a) contains the entire agreement concerning employment arrangements between the Company and Employee, (b) supersedes and replaces any previously dated agreement relating to such employment including but not limited to the Employment Agreement dated March 8, 1995, between the Company and Employee, and (c) may not be changed except by a writing signed by the party against whom the enforcement of any waiver, change, extension, modification or discharge is sought.
ENTIRE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT. This Employment Agreement together with the Schedules and Exhibits hereto sets forth the entire understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings or representations, written or oral, between them as to such subject matter. This Employment Agreement, without limitation, supercedes, voids all prior business arrangements and agreements by and between the Company, and/or VLG with Employee including especially Company's current consulting agreement with Employee and ADE Vantage, Inc., which as of the effective date of this agreement will lapse, become void and no longer be in force and effect.

ENTIRE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT. This Employment Agreement sets forth ----------------------------- the entire agreement of the parties hereto in respect of the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior agreements, promises, covenants, arrangements, communications, representations or warranties, whether oral or written, by any officer, employee or representative of any party hereto; and any prior agreement of the parties hereto in respect of the subject mater contained herein is hereby terminated and canceled. Nothing contained herein shall constitute a release of any stock option award, deferred incentive compensation or other benefits that have been awarded to Executive under prior employment agreements that are being superceded by this Agreement.
ENTIRE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT. This Employment Agreement contains the entire Employment Agreement between the parties with respect to Xxxxxx'x employment by Employer and the Bank. Each of the parties acknowledges that the other party has made no agreements or representations with respect to the subject matter of this Employment Agreement other than those hereinabove specifically set forth in this Employment Agreement.
