Entire, Final and Binding Agreement. Each of the Parties acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement is the final and binding Agreement between them concerning the matters released. This writing contains the entire Agreement of the Parties and, in entering into this Agreement, each of the Parties acknowledges that it has not relied on any promise, agreement, representation or statement, whether oral or written, that is not expressly set forth in this Agreement.
