Common use of Entire Framework Clause in Contracts

Entire Framework. This Framework and any applicable Service Agreements constitute the entire agreement between the Municipalities relating to the subject matter contained within them and supersedes all prior understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written, of the Municipalities in relation to that subject matter. There are no warranties, representations or other agreements among the Municipalities in connection with the subject matter of the Framework except as specifically set forth within them.
