Common use of Entire Grant and Modification Clause in Contracts

Entire Grant and Modification. This Grant is the entire agreement and replaces all previous agreements between the parties for the Grant activities. Pursuant to the MIDC Act, the MIDC shall promulgate policies necessary to carry out its powers and duties. The MIDC may also provide guides, instructions, informational pamphlets for the purpose of providing guidance and information with regard to the Grant and MIDC policies. This Agreement supersedes all terms of MIDC policies, guides, instructions, informational pamphlets and any other explanatory material that is in conflict with the Agreement. This Agreement may not be amended except by a signed written agreement between the parties.
