Entire HIPAA Agreement. This HIPAA Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereto. No modification, amendment or waiver of any provisions of this HIPAA Agreement shall be effective unless agreed to in writing by the Parties. This HIPAA Agreement shall be governed under the laws of the State of Rhode Island. The invalidity or enforceability of any provision of this HIPAA Agreement shall not affect the remaining provisions.
