Common use of Entire MOU Clause in Contracts

Entire MOU. 20.1 This MOU sets forth the full and entire understanding of the District and the Union regarding the matters contained herein. Any other prior existing understanding or agreement by the District and the Union, whether formal or informal, regarding such matters is hereby superseded. Except as provided in this MOU, it is agreed and understood that each party to this Agreement voluntarily waives its right to negotiate with respect to any matter raised in negotiations or covered by this MOU for the duration of the MOU.
