Entire Policy. This Policy contains the entire agreement between the parties relating to the rights herein granted and the obligations herein assumed, and supersedes any and all other agreements between the parties, whether verbal or written with regards to the subject matter herein. Any oral representations or modifications concerning this instrument will not be of force and effect. All amendments, modifications, or supplements must be in writing and signed by both parties.
Entire Policy. This Policy, including the Certificate(s) of Coverage, the Schedule(s) of Benefits, the application of the Enrolling Group, and any Amendments, Notices of Change, and Riders, constitute the entire Policy between the parties. All statements made by the Enrolling Group or by a Subscriber will, in the absence of fraud, be deemed representations and not warranties.
Entire Policy. The Policy issued to the Policyholder, including the Policyholder's application, any individual Primary Insured applications and Health Questionnaires, Amendments and Riders constitute the entire Policy.
