Common use of Entire Purchase Agreement Clause in Contracts

Entire Purchase Agreement. This Purchase Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior written and oral understandings of such parties with regard thereto. This Purchase Agreement and the attached Note may be modified, amended, or any term hereof waived with the written consent of the Company and a majority in interest of the Lenders. Any amendment effected in accordance with this Section 7.1 shall be binding upon all parties of this Purchase Agreement and their respective successors and assignees.
