Common use of Entire Release Clause in Contracts

Entire Release. Executive and the Company acknowledge that no other party has made any promise, representation, or warranty, express or implied, not contained in this Release concerning the subject matter of this Release to induce this Release, and Executive and Company acknowledge that they have not executed this Release in reliance upon any such promise, representation, or warranty not contained in this Release. This Release represents the entire agreement and understanding between the Company and Executive concerning the subject matter of this Release and Executive’s relationship with the Company, the termination thereof, and the events leading thereto and associated therewith, and supersedes and replaces any and all prior agreements and understandings concerning the subject matter of this Release and Executive’s relationship with the Company, with the exception of the Agreement, the equity award grant notices and agreements that describe Executive’s outstanding equity awards, the Company’s standard form of indemnification agreement and indemnification policies, and the Company’s standard form of confidentiality agreement.
