Common use of Entire Terms Clause in Contracts

Entire Terms. The Terms stated herein and the terms on the face of an Order or in any attachments thereto and incorporated therein, constitute the entire agreement between Buyer and Seller with respect to the subject matter hereof and are binding on Buyer and Seller, and their respective heirs, devisees, administrators, executors, trustees, receivers, successors and permitted assigns, and supersede all prior representations and understandings, whether oral or written. However, nothing herein is construed as a limitation or exclusion of any right or remedy available to Buyer by law.
