Entire Understanding; Amendment. This Agreement, including the Appendix which is incorporated by reference, sets forth the entire understanding of the parties relating to its subject matter, and all other understandings, written or oral, are superseded. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, this Agreement may not be amended except in a writing executed by all parties.
