Common use of Entire Understanding; Amendment Clause in Contracts

Entire Understanding; Amendment. This Agreement and the Purchase Orders constitute the entire understanding of the Parties with respect to its subject matter, and none of their terms or provisions may be waived, altered, modified or amended except in a written agreement signed by all Parties. This Agreement is intended to supplement, not supplant, the Purchase Orders. However, in the event and to the extent of a conflict between the Purchase Orders and this Agreement, this Agreement will control.
