Entire Understanding; Modification. 18.1 This Agreement represents and incorporates the entire understanding between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement, and each party acknowledges that there are no warranties, representations, covenants or understandings of any kind, nature or description whatsoever made by either party to the other, except such as are expressly hereinabove set forth. 18.2 Except with respect to the Exhibits and Schedules attached hereto, which may be amended as provided elsewhere in this Agreement, this Agreement shall not be subject to change or modification except by the execution of a writing specified to be an explicit amendment to this Agreement duly executed by both parties hereto. 18.3 The parties recognize that, during the term of this Agreement, a purchase order, acknowledgment form or similar routine document (collectively "Forms") may be used to implement or administer provisions of this Agreement. Therefore, the parties agree that the terms of this Agreement prevail in the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the printed provisions of such Forms, or typed provisions of Forms that add to, vary, modify or are at conflict with the provisions of this Agreement.
