Common use of Entire Understanding of the Parties Clause in Contracts

Entire Understanding of the Parties. The Contract Documents – along with any written change orders and dispute determinations that may be issued by the City in the course of performance – shall constitute the entire understanding and agreement of the Parties with respect to construction of the Project. The Contract Documents, written change orders (if any), and dispute determinations (if any) are deemed complementary and should be interpreted together.
