Common use of Entire Understanding Clause in Contracts

Entire Understanding. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the matters set forth herein and supersedes any and all prior agreements, arrangements and understandings among the parties.

This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding of the parties hereto as to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all previous negotiations, understandings, commitments and writings, including, without limitation, any Letter of Intent entered into between the parties with respect to the matters set forth herein and supersedes any and all prior agreements, arrangements and understandings among the partiessubject matter hereof.

Entire Understanding. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding of between the parties hereto with respect to the matters set forth herein this Agreement and supersedes any and all prior agreements, arrangements and understandings among communications, whether oral or written, with respect to the partiessubject matter hereof.

Entire Understanding. This Agreement supersedes all prior representations, arrangements, understandings and agreements between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement and sets forth the entire agreement exclusive Agreement and understanding of between the parties hereto with respect relating to the matters set forth herein and supersedes any and all prior agreements, arrangements and understandings among the partiessubject matter of this Agreement.

Entire Understanding. This Agreement sets and any party's Related Agreements set forth the entire agreement and understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the matters set forth herein and supersedes supersede any and all prior agreements, arrangements and understandings among the parties.

Entire Understanding. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement and understanding of the parties Parties hereto with respect to the matters set forth herein transactions contemplated hereby and supersedes any and all prior agreements, arrangements arrangements, and understandings among the partiesParties relating to the subject matter hereof, including without limitation the 2004 Memorandum of Agreement for Design and Construction of the Two Bridges and Approaches (Bi-State Management Agreement) as amended or supplemented through the date hereof.
