Common use of Entire Undertaking Clause in Contracts

Entire Undertaking. This Undertaking constitutes the entire agreement of the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof and thereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, negotiations, correspondence, undertakings and communications of the Parties, oral or written, with respect to the subject matter hereof.
