Entireness and Severability. 12.1 Both Parties confirm that as soon as the Agreement comes into force, it shall constitute the entire agreement and consensus reached by the Parties on the contents hereof, and replace all oral and/or written agreements and consensus reached by both Parties on the contents hereof prior to the Agreement.
