ENTITLEMENT TO CAPACITY AND ENERGY. 14.1 Subject to the provisions of Section 16, the Participants shall be entitled to the Net Effective Generating Capacity of each of Xxxx 0, Xxxx 0, Xxxx 0 and Unit 4 in proportion to their respective Participation Shares. Each Participant shall be entitled to schedule its Energy up to the Available Operating Capacity.
