Common use of Entitlement to Shares and Other Securities on Exercise of Warrants Clause in Contracts

Entitlement to Shares and Other Securities on Exercise of Warrants. All Shares or shares of any class or other securities which a Holder is at the time in question entitled to receive on the exercise of his or her Warrants, whether or not as a result of adjustments made pursuant to this Article 4, shall, for the purposes of the interpretation of this Agreement, be deemed to be shares or other securities which such Holder is entitled to acquire pursuant to such Warrants.

Entitlement to Shares and Other Securities on Exercise of Warrants. All Shares or shares of any class or other securities which a Holder is at the time in question entitled to receive on the exercise of his or her Warrants, whether or not as a result of adjustments made pursuant to this Article 4, shall, for the purposes of the interpretation of this AgreementIndenture, be deemed to be shares or other securities which such Holder is entitled to acquire pursuant to such Warrants.
