ENTITLEMENT UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. Every member of the bargaining unit described in Article I, Section A, of this Agreement shall be entitled to the applicable benefits set forth in this Agreement. The teaching of a course offered under the auspices of the DGCE at a University is without regard to the time of day the course or instruction is offered.
