ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY. Any employee under this Agreement who plans to undertake income producing employment outside the College will consult with his/her xxxx prior to making any such commitments. The Employer encourages community involvement and entrepreneurial activities that complement College activities, provided that these activities do not conflict with College duties and responsibilities.
ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY. Medicine Hat College recognizes faculty may become involved in entrepreneurial activities related to their own fields of expertise. However, as the primary employer of full-time faculty, Medicine Hat College requires that individual faculty members not become engaged in activities that directly compete with the College’s current program offerings. Faculty members must disclose such external activities to the appropriate Xxxx and to the Vice President Academic to ensure that conflicts with the College’s current program offerings or unauthorized use of College resources does not occur.
ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY the use by the licensee of the FishStat IAS to analyze the state of the fishing industry in order to subsequently select contractors and conclude contracts related to the extraction, processing, purchase, sale, storage and transportation of fish products.
