Entrustment of right for use of Station Area. 5.1.1 Without prejudice to any other provision of the SFM Agreement, Authority, on the request of the Facility Manager, shall arrange for the Facility Manager, only the necessary statutory and regulatory permits, licenses or approvals from the MOR , as required under Applicable Laws for the handover of right of way to of the Station Area to the Facility Manager, for the purposes of the SFM Project.
