Common use of Entry by City Clause in Contracts

Entry by City. Tenant shall permit City, and City's agents and assigns, at all reasonable times, to enter the Property for the purposes of inspection for compliance with the terms of this Lease Agreement, exercise of all rights under this Lease Agreement, and all other lawful purposes.

Entry by City. City shall use reasonable caution in entering the Property for such purposes in order to avoid causing damage to Tenant’s crops.

Tenant shall permit City, and City's agents and assigns, at all reasonable times, to enter the Property Premises, Mining Area, Access Area or Haul Road for the purposes of inspection for compliance with the terms of this Lease and License Agreement, exercise of all rights under this Lease and License Agreement, and all other lawful purposes.
