Entry fees. 4.1 In consideration of the acceptance of the Rider's entry to participate in the Event by the Company, the Rider agrees to pay the Company the Entry Fee. Such Entry Fee shall be paid to the Company within 2 hours of obtaining the option to enter a Rider from the Company website via the Payment Method or by such other means as specified by the Company. 4.2 For the avoidance of doubt, failure to pay the Entry Fee in full by the date specified in clause 4.1 shall entitle the Company to disqualify the Rider from participation in the Event.
