Entry of Premises During Tenancy. (a) Upon reasonable advance notice (48 hours prior to entry), any duly authorized agent, employee, or contractor of the CHA will be permitted to enter the dwelling unit during reasonable hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) for the purpose of performing routine maintenance, making improvements or repairs, inspecting the unit, or showing the unit for re-leasing. (b) When the resident calls to request maintenance on the dwelling unit, the CHA shall acknowledge receipt of the request within 24 hours and the resident will be provided a 48-hour window in which work orders will be completed.
