Entry of Premises During Tenancy. A. The Authority shall, upon reasonable advance notification to Tenant, be permitted to enter the dwelling unit during reasonable hours of any day for the purpose of performing routine inspections and maintenance, for making improvements or repairs, or to show the dwelling unit for re-leasing. “Routine inspection” includes, without limitation, an annual inspection of the dwelling unit, monthly pest control treatment and any required follow up inspection necessary to assure compliance with the Housekeeping Standards and House Rules. For purpose of this section, the time between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. is deemed to conclusively be “reasonable hours”, but nothing precludes entry at other times if it is reasonable to do so under the circumstances. A written statement specifying the purpose of the Authority’s entry delivered to the dwelling unit at least two (2) days before such entry shall be deemed reasonable advance notification.
